I am reaching out regarding a question about the gordon333 and cabp718 parcellations. Our research group is planning to study these two parcellations, alongside the schaefer456 parcellation. We previously used the *_dseg.tsv file for the s456 parcellations from the AtlasPack GitHub repo (link). This file helped us to map the indices of the correlation matrices to the various networks and regions. I was wondering if such a file also exists for the gordon333 and cabp718 parcellations.
You can make an analogous file for the Gordon data from these files (in particular the Parcels.xlsx file): Box. I do not know what the cabp718 atlas is.
I wanted to follow up regarding an additional detail our PI shared regarding the cabp718 parcellation. It is the Glasser HCP atlas plus the subcortical extension. Based on this, is there any resource available that I can use for mapping the indices to the appropriate labels?
You would have to be more specific. The Glasser atlas is 360 parcels - is there a subcortical atlas that is 358 parcels (if the “718” is referring to the combined number of parcels)?
Just posting this update here in case it helps anyone interested:
I reached out to one of our collaborators and learned that the cabp718 (Cole-Anticevic Brain-wide Network Partition) has 360 cortical regions (Glasser MMP) and the remainder are subcortical regions (Ji et al.). These are all assigned to a same 12-network framework. The official GitHub repository is located here, from where the relevant mapping file could be accessed.
