Interpreting philips exam cards?

I’m trying to interpret the exam cards from a Philips Igenia Elition machine. If anyone is familiar, I would greatly appreciate responses to the following questions:

  1. Does “fold-over direction” indicate both the phase encoding axis and direction, or just the axis?

  2. Does “slice scan order” denote the acquisition method (sequential vs. interleaved) or only the starting slice direction (ascending/descending)?

  3. Does the provided EPI factor already account for SENSE acceleration?
