I have been struggling with FSL PALM and am hoping someone here may be able to help.
I have included two modalities (task-based fMRI and behavioral) into a PALM model and am unclear in how to interpret the output with respect to the two modalities. The .nii is comparable with randomise, but the behavioral output is unclear.
How does one interpret the behavioral output in relation to the neuroimaging data?
I noticed that the p-stat in the .csv is the same regardless of which cope contrast it was entered into the model with. Why would this be?
