When i submit a qsiprep preprocessing job to a GPU queue, i’m being charged the full GPU rate, even though most of the qsiprep workflow does not require the use of GPU. So i’m wondering if its possible for qsiprep to run all the steps before the eddy correction stage, then run eddy_cuda independently of qsiprep, and finally resume qsiprep with the eddy corrected images?
