We’re trying to match the preprocessing steps fmriprep does, to the steps of the custom fmri preprocessing pipeline we use in our lab, to check the pipelines against one another.
We’ve been able to find an external tool to perform nearly every step fmriprep performs, except susceptibility distortion correction(SDC). The documentation states that there are 5 possible ways to perform SDC, and fmriprep automatically chooses one. Is there an external tool that can be used to perform this, or is this a custom methodology?
