Is there a tool for reverse inference on functional connectivity subnetworks?

I’m wondering whether there exist tools for doing reverse inference (like neurosynth) on functional connectivity subnetwork(s). Mainly interested in resting-state at the moment.

I’m thinking I could specify an arbitrary set of MNI coordinates and find FC studies with similar findings?

The only thing I can think of is the HCP megatrawl results. Now, this is not quite like you describe, so you can’t put in MNI coordinates and get corresponding results. But instead, you can select on of their ICA netmat granularities and click on a behavioural/phenotypic/demographic measure and then it will show you which nodes and edges they found to be associated to that measure. For example you can look at the Correlation/prediction results for subject measure 206 (ReadEng_Unadj)
