Is there any python script from which we can do CONN preprocessing for resting-state-fMRI?

Hi guys! I am new to neuroscience. I am looking for a python script from which can do rsfMRI preprocessing with CONN toolbox as backend.

Hi @Saqib_Mamoon, and welcome to Neurostars!

CONN is written in MATLAB (mostly using SPM tools, which does have a Nipype interface), so I doubt what you are looking for exists. Why do you only want it to use CONN?

If you like working in python using “fmriprep + xcp_d” for rsfMRI could achieve a lot of what CONN toolbox does.
