Hello, I am trying to reproduce the same CPAC preprocessing in ABIDE 1 to extract time series. I started by taking the raw ABIDE 1 data and extracting the time series, then comparing them with the published ones to ensure the configuration is correct before applying it to other data. However, when I compare them, I do not get the same values, and I cannot figure out why.
