Hi all,
I’m trying to project a parcellation map (dlabel) on a stat map (dscalar). What I’ve figured to do the best job was to plot the dlabel as borders only with the ROI’s color on top of the stat heatmap. It actually looks nice but I also want to add a legend to the labels’ colors.
I’ve probably missed it, but I looked through the tutorial and couldn’t find so I’m asking here.
To put it simply - In a wb_view surface parcel plot - how can I add a legend?
