LiFe and ACT used jointly

Hi,

I am trying to improve my DiPy pipeliene.
Would you always recommend to use Linear fascicle evaluation (LiFE) and Anatomically-constrained tractography (ACT) jointly?
I post the original link here as well

If you have a good quality tissue segmentation, then yes you should use ACT. Empirically, FSL FAST has not always been great for ACT. Freesurfer tissue segmentation probably works better. LiFE should be pretty safe to use regardless if you have run ACT.
