Hi,
It’s a common practice to choose more expressive basis sets (for instance- fir) for better fitting of the HRF to different regions.
However, I believe that it may also help in cases of slight errors in the triggers (events) specifications…
and was wondering if it may be used to compensate for small errors in trigger timings (events).
Would be happy to hear if this seems as a resonable solution under some situations (in this case- it would not allow to analyze the temporal dynamics, but will still allow to infer spatial conclusions).
