Hi all,
I am loading FreeSurfer mesh using nibabel and plotting it next to tractography reconstruction from TRK file. While it looks totally fine in FreeView, looks like the mesh got flipped.
As a note, when loading the mesh I loaded the affine and applied accounting also for the voxel size.
Could anyone help.
