we use a response button system from PST:
The first two years the system has been working well, but now that the scanner use picked up significantly we have to send it in for repair more and more often. The weak links are the rubber bands of the buttons (understandably since strings cannot beused) and the connectors of the cables I would say.
Since the cost and effort for these repairs is going up, I wanted to do a little survey on the matter to maybe find the most reliable system out there.
