Major issue with Brainlife.io platform

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to seek advice regarding an issue I have been experiencing with Brainlife.io. For my master’s thesis, I have been using the platform’s applications to preprocess my dataset. While the platform was generally stable during the past month with minor issues that were promptly resolved by the support team, it has become almost unusable over the last three weeks. I have encountered major issues and persistent errors with several different applications.

I have sent detailed emails with error logs to both the support team and the platform’s director, but I have not received a response. I also do not have access to the Slack channel, which has made it difficult to seek assistance.

Given these challenges, I would be grateful for any recommendations for similar platforms that I could use. Additionally, I would be interested to know if others in this group have experienced similar issues with Brainlife.io and how you may have resolved them.

The issue you are facing may be related to the storage system, that has been presenting some instabilities. They are working towards a different solution with AWS, which should be more stable and should not cause any trouble when archiving.

If you want to process your data locally, our Neurodesk.org platform could be a good option while brainlife is down.

Thank you so much for your suggestion, I will definitely look into it, but the main reason that I was using Brainlife.io platform was it’s free computational resources, does Neurodesk also provides those resources for preprocessing?
