I would like to ask if I can only use the fmriprep process to map functional images to the surface space? I have used fmriprep to process sub-50004 with T1W, and I have the surface space of the subject. Now I want to map the functional image from Basco to the cortex space. Can this process be realized in principle? I’m not sure how to implement this step. Could you give me some suggestions? I am looking forward to your reply!
