Master in Data Management and Curation in Trieste, Italy - call for applications - deadline June 10

The Master in Data Management and Curation (MDMC) is a professional development program run jointly by the International School for Advanced Studies (SISSA) and Area Science Park in Trieste, Italy. MDMC aims to educate a new generation of experts in research data management for academia and the private sector. The program runs for 10 months (September 2025 - June 2026) and includes intensive courses on a broad range of topics (Open Science & FAIR data, data infrastructures & management tools, machine learning & AI, regulatory aspects, …) as well as a 6-months internship in one of our partner labs. Applications are due by 10 June 2025 at 12 noon CEST. This year MDMC will admit up to 15 students; a limited number of scholarships are available to cover the tuition fee and help with living expenses. Note that holding at least a Bachelor-level degree is a prerequisite for admission, but attendance is compatible with current enrolment in a Master-level university degree or a PhD.
