Hi there, apologies if this is very obvious, but how do I set the environment variables to run Mindboggle on multiple subjects (i.e. many T1 scans) simultaneously?

The “mindboggle” and “mindboggle123” commands only process one brain at a time. Running many scans requires setup on a cluster.
