Dear Neurostars Community,
I am trying to run MINDBOGGLE on a large dataset. I am constantly running into an error of the Mindboggle123.labeler node.
Specifically, the crash log tells me:
- RuntimeError: Command:
- antsJointFusion -a 0.1 -g […] -l […] -b 2.0 -d 3 -x […] -o label.nii.gz -s 3x3x3 -t […]
I wanted to ask: has anyone else had run into the same issue and how I might go about solving the issue?
