Hi there, i would like to know exactly which freesurfer output files are needed for me to extract destrieux cortical thickness ROIs and subcortical volumes, using the aparcstats2table and asegstats2table freesurfer commands, respectively.
i’m asking because i’m interested to obtain cortical thickness and subcortical measurements from the HCP lifespan dataset, however i do not want to download the entire freesurfer output directory to conserve space and bandwidth.
