Issue Description:
During the preprocessing pipeline, QSIPrep fails to complete successfully due to the presence of NaN (Not a Number) values in the b-vector. Would this issue potentially stem from data acquisition (e.g., gradient coil errors) or a post-processing step in QSIPrep?Could you advise on the recommended method to handle NaN values in b-vectors within QSIPrep output? Is there a built-in function or preprocessing step to address this?
