Missing trk tck tractogram files in output of tractoflow

Hi tractoflow team

I have successfully executed tractoflow on a subset of subjects. However, for another set of subjects, the output of tractoflow is missing tractogram files such as PFT_Tracking and PFT_Tracking_Maps are not generated.

Command used: nextflow run tractoflow -r 2.4.3 --input /path-to-folder/ -with-singularity scilus_1.6.0.sif

Input file Information: ls /path-to-folder/S1003/
bval
bvec
dwi.nii.gz
t1.nii.gz

Here is the log file and list of output files for more context.

  • Do we need to change the default settings of tractoflow as per data?

  • Does pre-processing of data matters to tractoflow?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can you give it a try with tractoflow 2.4.4 please ?
I’m sorry, the documentation has not been update but I think it could fix your issue.

Great, I tried it for two subjects for which 2.4.3 failed.

For 1 out of 2 subjects , tractoflow geenrates all outputs including tractograms.

For another subject the eddy step demands double number of cpus 8. So I am re-running it with 8 cpus
