Missing values in XCP-D outputs of connectivity matrices

Dear team,
I have processed my data through fMRIPrep and XCP-D. While inspecting the connectivity matrices (Ex: *task-rest_space-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_seg-Glasser_stat-pearsoncorrelation_relmat.tsv), I found that some ROIs have missing values. I am trying to perform cluster analysis of my participants using the connectivity matrices.
How to handle these missing values or rather prevent them while running XCP-D?

Thank you in advance for your help,
Jai.

Hi @jai,

Likely, the parcels had insufficient coverage when warped to the subject, perhaps due to signal dropout. You can try using a more lenient (that is, lower value) for —min-coverage (default is 0.5).

Best,
Steven
