Hello, I’d like to ask if, from cpac outputs, there is an image transformed in the MNI space. I’d tried to use cpac on a personal dataset using nii image transformed from dicom, but the images processed are not centered and I also noticed that the distinction between WM, GM and CSF is not correct.
So if cpac generates this image transformed in MNI space which one is the correct one?
Another question is: does cpac need image that are preprocessed in a certain way?
