Modeller’s Workshop for the Brain Dynamics Toolbox.
Online Course. Enrollments now open.

This is a practical self-paced online course for researchers and students who wish to program their own dynamical models in matlab using the Brain Dynamics Toolbox (bdtoolbox.org). Participants learn the art of programming their own dynamical systems and running them both interactively and in user-defined scripts. Topics include programming Ordinary Differential Equations, Partial Differential Equations, Delay Differential Equations, Stochastic Differential Equations, Auxiliary Plot Functions and command-line tools. Example code is provided in all cases.
