Modeller’s Workshop for the Brain Dynamics Toolbox. Online Course. Enrollments open 1-18 July 2021.
The Modeller’s Workshop is a self-paced online course for researchers and students who wish to program their own dynamical models in matlab using the Brain Dynamics Toolbox (bdtoolbox.org). Participants learn the art of programming custom dynamical systems for neuroscience and beyond. Topics include programming Ordinary Differential Equations, Partial Differential Equations, Delay Differential Equations, Stochastic Differential Equations, Auxiliary Plot Functions and command-line tools. Example code is provided in all cases. Study time is 8 hours.
