Motion-parameters ( X,Y,Z and RotX,Y,Z) ----HCP vs fMRIprep

Hello,
I just realized that motion parameters of the same subject’s data precessed by using HCP-pipeline do not exactly match with those produced by fMRIprep (processed using docker). Any suggestion on how this could be ?

As far as I can tell they both use mcflirt, but the difference could be from a different way the reference volume is defined. What is the correlation between the parameters?

They are highly correlated ( all r >0.97)
