Motion regressors and confounds in fsl

Hello,

I want to input the motion regressors and a some outliers from fmriprep in fsl. I think I figured out how prepare outliers, but I’m not sure what to do with the motion regressors.
Here are all my questions:
Do they (outliers + motion regressors) go in the same file?
If this matters, is the order of the motion regressors what fsl expects (trans_x trans_y trans_z rot_x rot_y rot_z)? And in that vein, I suppose we can remove the title to any column?

Thank you for your help with this!

Hi @AnnickTanguay

Thank you for your question. To answer your questions:

  1. The outliers and motion regressors should go into the same file
  2. The file provides the column names, I am not sure what FSL expects the file to be. More information on the confounds file from fMRIPrep can be found here. Yes, you can remove the title to any column.
