Has anyone successfully used mri_cvs_register from freesurfer to register their mris to the mni template?
Here is the wiki: ://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/mri_cvs_register but I can’t seem to make it work. If there are any other ideas for registration to mni template I would be very thankful! Thanks.
