Can you please guide me what is the best preprocessing pipeline for t1 weighted brain mri to feed to the Variational autoencoder a deeplearning network. currently i have nifti images with skull and no preprocessing is done on the images. i am trying to perform a classification task. i have both anatomical and functional samples please guide. A detailed answer with sources will be appriciated.
