MRIQC - acceptable SNR

what would be an acceptable SNR number? I heard something in between 50 and 100?
Is that correct?

Hi @StephanWu ,

Acceptable SNR depends on where your signal is coming from (e.g. white matter, gray matter, bone, blood…), where your noise is coming from (e.g. air), and your image contrast (e.g. T2*w, T1w…). I am not sure whether one magic number can be given as a general rule.

Yes, your are right. I am talking about the tSNR of the bold image.
