Summary of what happened:
I’m looking for fwhm* measures in the IQM output for the new dwi reports but I do not see them. Were they forgotten or am I missing something?
MRIQC runs, reports no errors and produces reports, it is just that I expected some kind of fwhm output (based on the Reads-the-Docs: IQMs for diffusion images — mriqc 24.1.0.dev17+g207356d documentation
but I don’t see any fwhm measures.
