Mriqc image quality metric guidelines for fmriprep

Hi,

I have just started using mriqc and plan on learning and using fmriprep soon. I was wondering if there are guidelines regarding the data quality that fmriprep is able to handle adequately.

Is there a way to know, based on mriqc’s characterization of the anatomical and functional datasets, if the data will be adequately corrected by fmriprep’s pre-processing algorithms?

This is a very interesting and important question, but we don’t have enough data to answer it properly - especially with FMRIPREP improving so quickly. Hopefully by the end of the year we’ll have a bit more to say on the topic.
