HCP provides an annotated Brodmann atlas in its fsLR 32k surface space (Brodmann (1909) areas (annotated)), and in the name table there is MT/V5 area (‘h0c5_MT’ with key value 12, and ‘h0c5_MT_FRB08’ with key value 105). However, no parcels are marked with these two values (12 or 105), therefore there is actually not area labeled as MT/V5 in this atlas. I want to do analysis using MT/V5 ROI in HCP surface space, does anyone know any available resources?
