Hi everyone,
I used the Brainnetome Atlas to create a ROI of the Amygdala, which consists of different subregions. Afterwards, I merged the subregions into a single ROI using BRANT Welcome to Brant! — BRANT 3.36 documentation (brainnetome.org). However, when I run an RSA, the ROI mask is still treated as a multi-mask, and it generates similarity matrices for each individual subregion of the Amygdala.
Is there a way to inform the decoding toolbox that I want a single dissimilarity matrix for the entire region, rather than separate ones for each subregion, so that the multi-mask is recognized as a single mask?
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks,
Jella
