Does anyone have any suggestions for the best tools for MPR with FIESTA-C Scans?
I’m looking for a reproducible method to reslice according to the mid-line of the lens and the mid-line of the optic nerve, which will be identified visually within the scans. Any insight into traditional MPR vs. curved MPR would be appreciated.
Additionally, if my area of focus is the eye within FIESTA-C scans, how much data loss should I have to worry about, if any at all. I want to build 3D mechanical models of the eye eventually.
