Multiple runs conversion

Hi,

I’m converting a cohort of children MRI to bids using dcm2bids. Some of them have multiple T1w or T2w, but any time stored in a different order. It is possible to convert all the repeated modalities and keep it like t1w-run01, t1w-run02? Thanks in advance.

I believe dcm2bids adds the run-X Label automatically if there are multiple scans of a given modality per session, if that’s what you’re asking.
