I’m new in mvpa and I have some questions about my design:
My design is build up from 2 runs. each run contains 8 conditions. in 6 of the conditions, I have the same numbers of repetitions at each run. two conditions are related to remembered and un remembered trials. because it depends on the subject behavior, in those conditions, I have different number of repetitions at run1 and run2.
I generated single beta map for each trial, meaning beta map for each stimuli at each condition separetly.
I tried to run the decoding_template and instead of leave-one-run -out cross-validation, it gave me leave-one-chunk -out cross-validation.
Is it fine continuing this way?
