I use the ANTS command N4BiasFieldCorrection to correct 3D-T1. N4BiasFieldCorrection enables to output the estimated bias field and I would like to have an understanding about it. For example, I wonder if it’s possible to get the corrected image from this estimated bias field and the original image. If it’s impossible, I would like to have any kind of information about this output file.
