I have two T1w images: One with and the other w/o fat saturation.
What is the preferred way to distinguish between these images?
The issue is that I already use mprage for the acq option:
e.g., sub-01_acq-mprage_T1w.nii.gz

The ‘acq-’ label is user defined, so if the images are from different acquisitions you could add on to end of ‘acq-mprage’, something like ‘acq-mprageFatSaturation’ (I’m not the best at naming so there might be a more elegant way to name this.)
There is also ‘rec-’ if different reconstruction algorithms were used.
