Sorry if it is a basic question, but I’m a newbie into freesurfer and derivatives.
I have a volumetric nii mask and two surfaces annot files (left and right hemispheric) in Desikan-Killiany parcellation all from the same subject. What I want is to mask the annot files such that I get the parcellations that at least had one voxel intersection with the mask.
How I should accomplish such goal?
PD: I also have more files from subjects (all output from recon-all and probably more) in case are needed for this computation.
