"CIVET Automated Structural MRI Segmentation and Cortical Surface Extraction: A brief scientific overview"
- Christina Tremblay, PhD, a specialist in neuroimaging at the Center for Advanced Research in Sleep Medicine (CARSM)
will present her work about “Automating cortical surface processing with CBRAIN: CIVET vs. FreeSurfer”.
- Last but not least, you will get to put your hands on training exercises, focusing on running CIVET in CBRAIN.
Due to the high demand, we increased the number of tickets, but there are only a few left, so make sure to book your spot.
