I am running neuroscout-cli on the Sherlock dataset (~900 TRs, 16 subjects) with 12 total X variables. It is taking a very long time, probably because I was not using enough cores (8), but the questions I have are:
Is it possible to run one subject individually without starting a new analysis? Is there a way to run subjects through fitlins in parallel via neuroscout-cli?
