I’m happy to announce the release of BIDScoin 3.6.0, a big leap forward in flexibility and features. Some highlights:
- All mapping and data conversion code has been refactored to live in plugins, making it much easier to add support for currently unsupported modalities, such as EEG or MEG
- It’s now possible to identify source datatypes also (in addition to the header attributes) on filesystem properties, such as name, size or nr of files
- The new meta-data table makes it very easy to add any kind of meta-data to the json sidecar files
- Support for BIDS v1.6.0
