dcm2niix v1.0.20230411 has been released. This detects new features such as compressed sensing and deep learning reconstruction from GE, Philips, and Siemens. It also detects sequence details added to the evolving Siemens XA DICOM images. Users creating BIDS datasets using tools that depend on dcm2niix (e.g. dcm2bids, heudiconv, etc) should consider upgrading.

This looks great! Any idea when it will be included in a docker image release of heudiconv?
@Aisa2 These are two separate projects with different developers. Please refer to recent instructions in Update dcm2niix within an existing dcm2bids environment - #6 by Steven for updating dcm2niix in heudiconv.
