A [new version of MRIcroGL has been released (v1.2.20211006). Some of the new features include:
Interactive simultaneous display of axial, coronal, sagittal and rendering views. Clicking on any image shows the corresponding location on the others:
Graph menu includes histogram function showing image frequency of image intensities. Clicking on any location of histogram shows intensity and frequency in title bar (useful for setting optimal image contrast).
The measurement tool now shows an interactive graph of voxel brightness along line:
