New toolbox for analyzing hemodynamic (CVR) data

Hi all,

I’ve spent the last few years looking at vascular reactivity data based on BOLD MRI and have gradually put together a toolbox of functions to analysis (seeVR). I thought I would start sharing with the community.

All the code along with some tutorials/pipelines/sample_data can be accessed at:
http://www.seevr.nl/

I am by no means an expert programmer but I’ve done my best to write robust functions for:
*CVR mapping with or without CO2 challenge
*Hemodynamic Lag analysis (also to generate lag-corrected CVR)
*Signal response onset and dispersion mapping
*(f)ALFF analysis
*Flexible nuisance regressor cleanup
*a variety of helper functions

If anyone decides to use it, I would love some feedback!

Best,
Alex
