In order to utilize Tractoflow, I have be working on installing Nextflow but keep coming up with the same error. When I run the code, it returns with “Unable to initialize Nextflow environment”. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix or prevent this error?

To be able to help you we would need all the command lines you run so far. but from my point of view it’s seems to be a #nextflow issue and not tractoflow.
