We have just released Nilearn 0.13.0! ![]()
This is a major release with some new features and a LOT of deprecations:
- Support for sklearn set_output to extract data directly to pandas or polar dataframe instead of numpy array
- Support for cluster level inference for surface based analysis
- Add multi-maskers for surface data to consistently extract data from several subjects
- Many deprecation are coming into effect in this release, please check the release notes to see if any of them may affect you.
