Saw this image and eyeball test says it’s nilearn’s glass brain. Any idea how to get the stat map underneath with the outlined stat overlay on top? I know there are other tools that can do it (AFNI, FSLeyes) but I haven’t figured out how to get both the stat map underlay (with alpha turned way down) and the overlay (I’m guessing mask + contour).
