I trying this code to generate a template out of 12 images.
Despite each image being only ~7 MB, the workflow did not even finish BeginANTS (registration) in 9 hours. I ran it with MultiProc on 6 cores of i7-860.
As someone new to MRI processing, I would like to make sure it’s not a problem with the workflow before I try running it on AWS. Is it normal to see registration take this much CPU time?
